Avika Gor Discusses the Art of Film Selection: Balancing Rationality and Instinct
Avika Gor, the versatile actress known for her roles in both regional and Hindi cinema, recently shared insights into her approach to selecting film projects. Having made her debut in Tollywood with ‘Uyyala Jampala’ in 2013, Avika Gor has since ventured into Kannada and Telugu cinema with notable films such as ‘Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki’, ‘Cinema Choopistha Mava’, and ‘Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada’, among others. Her foray into Hindi cinema began with ‘1920: Horrors of the Heart’, and she is set to appear next in ‘Bloody Ishq’ alongside Vardhan Puri.
Reflecting on her process of choosing roles, Avika Gor explained, “When it comes to selecting movies to work on, I aim to strike a balance between being rational and following my instincts. I carefully consider all the offers that come my way, weighing factors like the script, the director, the cast, and the overall vision of the project.”
She further elaborated, “However, there are also times when I rely on my intuition, allowing my gut feelings to guide me towards projects that resonate with me on a deeper level.”
