Actress Sana Makbul Shares Her Favorite Yoga Poses Ahead of International Day of Yoga
As the world prepares to celebrate International Day of Yoga on June 21, actress Sana Makbul has revealed her deep connection with yoga and its profound impact on her life.
Known for her roles in television shows like ‘Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?’ and ‘Aadat Se Majboor’, Sana Makbul expressed how yoga has become an essential part of her daily routine, enhancing both her physical health and mental well-being.
“Yoga is fundamentally about breathing and stretching,” Sana explained, emphasizing the core principles of this ancient practice that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.
Despite being relatively new to yoga, Sana has developed a passion for various poses that she incorporates regularly into her routine. “Some of my favorite postures include the Bridge Pose, Bhujangasana, and Dhanurasana. These poses help me alleviate physical discomfort and achieve a balanced state of mind,” she shared.

“Committing to yoga transformed my life. Now, I feel much better… An hour of yoga each day ensures lifelong health,” Sana affirmed, underscoring the lasting benefits of her yoga practice over the past year.
